The Crows topped the ladder to earn hosting rights, thanks to the Lions' win over Melbourne.
Brisbane rose to fourth spot with their victory, while depriving the second-placed Demons the minor premiership.
"We were all watching that Brisbane-Melbourne game nervously on Saturday night and were thrilled the result went our way," Adelaide utility Teah Charlton told reporters on Monday.
"It does give us confidence going into the finals series knowing that we will have a home ground advantage the whole way through.
"But we do know that finals are a whole different game, we all know that the real stuff starts now."
Adelaide finished with a 9-1 record to finish AFLW minor premiers in 2023.
The Crows, three-time premiers, rested a batch of stalwarts for their last-round win against West Coast in Perth.
Captain Chelsea Randall, triple club champion Anne Hatchard, Stevie-Lee Thompson, Kiera Mueller and Jess Waterhouse were all spelled.
And defender Zoe Prowse (illness) missed the match, but all six players will return for their Norwood Oval clash against the Lions - the only team to beat Adelaide this season.
"Brisbane are a great side, they showed that against us a few weeks ago," Charlton said.
"We're expecting a fierce challenge.
"We acknowledge that we had a few lulls in that game against the Lions and that cost us in the end.
"So the focus will be playing a consistent brand of footy over the four quarters."
The 21-year-old Charlton is aiming to add a second premiership after featuring in the Crows' 2022 (season six) flag.
"We are probably one of the youngest AFLW lists the club has had in its history," she said.
"That young energy has really shown in our game this year.
"While we have plenty of finals experience on our side, it's exciting to see the young girls coming through get an opportunity to play finals footy.
"That has made us a lot hungrier leading into the finals."
