Chia Liang Saw, 41, faced Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday after he was hit with 15 fresh charges related to alleged sexual offending against children.
The new offences include six counts of indecent dealing with a child under 13 and three counts of sexual penetration of a child under 13.
The alleged offending occurred between 2024 and 2026 at various locations in Perth, the court was told.
All told, the Wembley doctor is facing 72 offences relating to 18 alleged victims after police identified seven new alleged victims relating to the new charges.
At least 20 charges relate to alleged communications with a woman variously described in court as a "vigilante" and "pedophile hunter" who passed information to police.
The doctor, whose medical registration has been suspended, was not required to enter a plea to the new offences as prosecutors successfully applied for revocation of his home detention bail.
The court was told he was found using an unauthorised electronic device in contravention of his strict bail conditions.
He had been granted bail on July 10 after being charged in late May.
His lawyer, Katherine Dowling, said there was no allegation that the bail breach involved nefarious activity, but did not oppose the application.
There was no bail application on the new charges.
Saw's alleged victims included eight female patients aged 12 to 15 as well as a girl aged 10 who was allegedly abused at a home.
Another victim, a girl aged 13, was allegedly exploited online.
The child patients were allegedly sexually abused and recorded while being treated for ADHD.
A hidden camera in a Perth examination room captured Saw's alleged offending, the court has previously been told.
Saw, a developmental pediatrician, specialised in behavioural issues affecting children and operated from various locations in Perth, police previously said.
