Business and company name holders do not have to use a third-party provider for annual company reviews or business name renewals.
Some notices may look like official invoices, but are not authorised or issued by ASIC and may include extra service fees.
Before paying, verify that ASIC emails come from an address ending in '@asic.gov.au', check whether the renewal is actually due, and confirm the notice directly with ASIC
