Filling fashion gap in Kyabram with love
Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content
Not everyone can fulfil a dream at age 19.
However, that is exactly what Love from Indie owner Tayla Tenace has done.
Miss Tenace said opening the store in April had helped her fulfil a lifelong passion for fashion and also her desire to work her way up within the retail industry she loves.
That love began before she finished school at Kyabram P-12 College.

A win worth remembering
Last weekend it was Kyabram District Football League clubs Merrigum and Stanhope celebrating premiership milestones.
This weekend it is the Kyabram Bombers’ turn.
They will turn back the clock 20 years to that famous premiership win in 1996 when the Peter White-coached and Tony McDonell-skippered team played with 17 men for three quarters, but still beat Tatura for the flag.

Shane is ready for Atlanta
Tatura’s Shane Naylor has earned his place in the Australian Olympic team in the 4x100m relay team with some very good times run in Queensland recently.
Shane was disappointed that the conditions were not favourable for him to make the individual 100m team, but as he said, he is the fittest he has ever been in his life and he is raring to go.
He is in Brisbane running today (Tuesday) then he flies out to a training camp in North Carolina on Thursday.
Shane still has several races where he has a chance to run that elusive 10.20 seconds to get a start in the 100m at Atlanta.

Junior netballers win CW title
Members of Kyabram’s Junior Netball representative team are the new Victorian country champions.
The team won the title in the Victorian Country Week series decided in Melbourne last weekend.
The win was a personal triumph for Mr Ian Morgan of Girgarre, one of the few male coaches in the game in Victoria.
It was the first time that a Kyabram junior (under 16) side had won the championship.
