Goulburn River, at Shepparton
Vic Emergency has warned that as flood water moves along the Goulburn River from the Seymour area, and further rainfall is forecast on Thursday and Friday, river levels in the Goulburn River will start to rise.
In the news we have perhaps all been waiting for, Vic Emergency has announced that low-lying local roads, including Watt Rd between Mooroopna and Kialla, may start to flood, and low bridges may be under water.
However, there has been no announcement on when this could happen.
Low-lying camping areas close to the river may also start to flood.
For more information about flooding in this area, check the Shepparton, Mooroopna and Kialla West Local Flood Guide at www.ses.vic.gov.au/Shepparton+Mooroopna+Kialla+Local+Flood+Guide+LFG
Seven Creeks
Seven Creeks is still sitting at minor flood level in Euroa and Vic Emergency has said it is now likely to remain above minor flood level of 2.5m until Friday afternoon.
It peaked at Euroa on Wednesday at 3.37m, before starting to drop.
At 12.54pm on Thursday, Seven Creeks was sitting at 2.84m at Euroa.
At the minor flood level of 2.5m at Euroa, the Euroa Caravan Park, Rotary Park and park area around the memorial oval and bowls club may start to be impacted by water, according to Vic Emergency.
Strathbogie has also seen renewed minor flooding today.
Vic Emergency has also revised its timings for river levels at Kialla West.
It is now saying the Seven Creeks at Kialla West may reach around the minor flood level of 4.5m on Saturday morning, rather than Friday which had previously been anticipated.

Journalist Billie Davern has sent us through some photos of the Goulburn River at Seymour this morning.

At Shepparton it was sitting at 5.22m and rising at 11am. This is also below flood level.
Seven Creeks
The Seven Creeks at Euroa was still at minor flood level on Thursday morning, sitting steady at 2.85m at 10.42am, according to the Bureau of Meteorology river levels data.

Minor flooding is still occurring in the Seven Creeks at Strathbogie on Thursday morning.
Downstream of Euroa, the Seven Creeks at Kialla West may exceed the minor flood level of 4.5m on Friday afternoon, and further rises are possible.

Water storage levels
Major storages on the Murray and Goulburn catchments are at a relatively low level.
As of Thursday, Eildon was holding 43 per cent of capacity, Dartmouth was holding 67 per cent and the Hume dam, 36 per cent.
Lower storages like Goulburn Weir were at 95 per cent, and the Waranga Basin 73 per cent.

Goulburn River, from Goulburn Weir to Shepparton
Vic Emergency is continuing its flood advice for campers along the edge of the Goulburn River from Goulburn Weir to Shepparton.
Goulburn Murray Water is releasing water from the Goulburn Weir, which will result in the river continuing to rise quickly.
However, river levels with the planned releases should stay within the river channel and below the minor flood level.
Vic emergency says campers and visitors close to the river should relocate to higher banks away from the river’s edge and closely monitor conditions over the next few days.
Low-lying camping spots along on the Goulburn River may become inundated or isolated as the river continues to rise today.
Low-lying access tracks to the river and camping areas may flood and affect moving around the area.
Riverine flooding of roads, towns and homes is not expected during this warning period.
The situation is being monitored closely and further warnings will be issued if conditions change.
Shepparton storm
Journalist Hailey Wight has spoken to Shepparton Search and Rescue president Nacole Standfield this morning about that storm last night.
