The Lorax, the Very Hungry Caterpillar and an entire flock of sheep were among the characters to roam Orrvale Primary School on Wednesday, August 26, as students and teachers embraced Book Week.

After an early morning of face paint and costume preparation, students arrived ready to bring their favourite books to life.
The school community gathered for a parade, with students showing off their costumes before enjoying Book Week activities.
Teachers got into the fun too, with one group dressing as sheep from Where Is the Green Sheep?, while another teacher trio transformed into characters from the Mr Men and Little Miss series.
