Developed in consultation with the RiverConnect Land Management Working Group, the document focuses on protecting the reserve’s plants, animals and cultural values, while ensuring the community can use the space now and in the future.
Council manager environment Sharon Terry encouraged residents and reserve users to have their say to help shape the plan.
“Your feedback can help us understand what’s working well, what could be improved and any issues we should know about,” Ms Terry said.
Consultation is open from July 17 until August 5 and feedback can be provided at shepp.city/boulevard or in person at the council office at 90 Welsford St, Shepparton.
