Warramunda Village has secured a prestigious national title, after taking home an award for the 2026 Ageing Australia National You are ACE! Awards.

Ageing Australia’s Victoria and Tasmania state director Jeremy Irvine delivered the news during Aged Care Employee Day celebrations at the village on Friday, August 7.
Selected from more than 470 nominations nationwide across 15 categories, Warramunda Village triumphed in the Project Team category, recognising a redevelopment project set to grow residential capacity from 82 to 100 residents by mid-2027.
Warramunda Village chief executive officer John Clark said the timing could not have been better, given the award reflected the commitment of the staff, who had “soldiered on” while the redevelopment of the village was happening around them.
The village’s Community Care team also earned recognition, receiving a certificate for its achievement as a finalist in the Innovation Team category.
