Williams hit 11 boundaries as Tongala posted 9-184 and in reply Rochester could manage only 9-123 off its 40 overs.
Fire Brigade was saved by an eighth wicket stand of 60 by Brent Andison (25 not out) and Phil Carroll (35 not out) chasing Leitchville-Gunbower’s moderate score of 113.
Jaydin Rosin with 4-15 did best with the ball for The Flames.
Stanhope’s score of 7-148, built on an opening stand of 65 between Craig Emmett (52) and Steve Hall (27) and 34 from first drop Tom Hepburn, wasn’t enough to hold out Moama, who secured a five-wicket win.
Russell Napier with 41 helped Cooma to 9-116 but Echuca had this score covered in just over 22 overs.
Joe McCormick with 24 was the only batsman to make it to double figures as Colbinabbin buckled for 51 against Rushworth, who took only 16 overs to secure the win with Jarryd Shepherd showing the way with an unbeaten 28.
C-GRADE
Tongala made a gallant but unsuccessful run chase against BLU, whose score of 7-196 was highlighted by a dashing knock of 120, which included 11 fours and 9 sixes, from opener Xavier Kellow.
With Luke Woolan showing the way with 71 Tongala came up just one run short in its run chase, finishing at 8-195 in a pulsating finish.
Stanhope took only 18 overs to chase down Cooma’s score of 9-102, of which Bailey Hiscock top scored with 30.
Jye Patten with 45 and opener Jacob Gillie with 35 not out secured the Stanhope win for the loss of only two wickets.
Brodie Boal-Ryan with an unbeaten 60 and Rikki Busch with 49 helped Fire Brigade to 7-224 before Echuca South was bowled out for 55.
Busch with 4-13 and Brendan Fleming with 3-11 triggered the South batting collapse.
Girgarre had some anxious moments matching Echuca’s score of 108 but achieved the win with four wickets in hand due to a fine, unbeaten knock of 44 from Billie Gahan.
D-GRADE
Young opener Kade Northausen’s fine and mature knock of 81 wasn’t enough to save Tongala from defeat against BLU.
BLU posted 7-177 and in reply Tongala was 8-151 after its 36 overs.
Seven Fire Brigade batters reached double figures but the team managed only 113 which Echuca rounded up for the loss of only four wickets.
Michael Cottrell’s 20 not out was the best contribution to the Brigade score.
Echuca South forfeited to Rushworth.
