The Office of the Road Safety Camera Commissioner offers our sincere condolences to Gordon’s wife of 40 years, Rhonda; his three children, David, Richard, and Ginny; and their families during this time.


Gordon was Victoria’s inaugural Road Safety Camera Commissioner from February 2012 to February 2016. The staff are forever grateful for the leadership he shown in establishing the foundations, direction, and principles of the Office, which are followed to this day. He was a wonderful mentor with boundless humanity. He will be greatly missed.
