I am honoured to have had you as a boss, a friend, and a mentor at Jim’s Trim. Thank you for everything you taught me over the years. I will always treasure the time we shared and will proudly continue the Jim’s Trim legacy.

I will miss the laughs, the chats, your guidance, and the Christmas lunches we shared they will never be the same. Your love and passion for food, and your willingness to always refer friends and family to your favourite eateries, will never be forgotten. I’ll be sure to raise a glass for you.
