Formerly of West Chermside, Brisbane. Late of Ballina. Dearly and deeply loved husband of Mary for 63 years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Janice & Jeremy Bland, Robert & Amanda, Alan & Rhodora. Treasured Poppy of all his grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Jack's life to be held in Rainbow Chapel, Rainbow Avenue, West Ballina on WEDNESDAY (January 11, 2023) commencing at 10.00 am (NSW time). After the service a private cremation will take place.
