Family and friends are invited to attend a Service to Celebrate the Life of Graham Jansen to be held at Tuckers Chapel, Barrabool Hills Centre, 4-32 Province Boulevard, Highton on FRIDAY (1st May) at 2pm prior to interment in the Eastern Cemetery, Ormond Road, East Geelong (Gate 3 entrance).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Graham may be made to Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
