The Bombers have lost just the one match in the four qualifying rounds and the three rounds to start the regular season, ranked behind the two Shepparton Notre Dame Bears teams on the ladder.
Nine teams make up division one of the GMJL Under-16 competition, four from the three Shepparton clubs (Bears, United and Swans), along with Tatura, Mooroopna, Echuca (two teams) and Kyabram.
